Software and Hardware Labs
The institute is equipped with software and hardware labs. There are three software and four hardware labs. The software labs house state-of-the-art educational software and are powered by Windows and Linux. The hardware labs are used for electronics, digital systems and embedded systems experiments.
Special Classrooms with Video Conferencing
Smart classrooms, with video conferencing facilities are being constructed. Faculties and industry experts from distant locations can take classes and interact with the students through video conferencing in the classrooms.
Library
The institute has its own library with quality books counting to more than 2400. Further, IIIT Kalyani is developing cooperative arrangements with the American library and with National Digital Library for its students.
Hostel
The institute provides accommodation for outstation students on payment basis in rented apartments. Separate accommodation is provided for boy and girl students.
Bus Service
Bus service is provided for students staying in the hostel from hostel to the institute and back.
Medical
Medical facilities in case of emergencies are facilitated by the institute. There is arrangement with JNMH at Kalyani for medical emergencies.
