BABA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND SCIENCES started in the year 2007 – 2008 at Bakkanapalem, P.M.Palem, Madurawada, Visakhapatnam. The College is located in a Sprawling 15 Acres of Campus P.M.Palem, Madhurawada, about 1 km.away from National Highway. It is uniquely and ideally situated at the foot of a long and thickly greenish, imposing hill lock on Western and Southern sides overseeing the building complex.
